2.1 To register and use agen66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 agen66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds obtained in breach of these eligibility requirements.
2.3 It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using agen66 is lawful in their jurisdiction. agen66 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Players who access agen66 from outside its supported markets do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on agen66. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. agen66 uses technical and manual controls to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all related Accounts will be closed and any Funds, Bonuses, or winnings accumulated across those Accounts may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your Account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. agen66 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Currency. Accounts on agen66 are primarily denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and wagering figures are expressed in IDR unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered and selected during registration.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, agen66 requires all Players to complete a standard KYC verification process. This process is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC, you must submit clear, legible copies of the following:

4.4 KYC documents must be submitted through the secure upload facility in your Account dashboard. Documents sent via email or third-party channels will not be accepted. agen66 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Players will be notified by email of the outcome.
4.5 agen66 may, at its discretion, suspend withdrawal functionality on any Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period; however, no withdrawal will be released until KYC is approved.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. agen66 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary based on your location and account status. agen66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may trigger enhanced due diligence review. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of this limit must contact support to arrange a staged withdrawal schedule. Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available window.
5.4 Processing Times. Most withdrawals are completed within 5–15 minutes of approval during WIB banking hours. Delays may occur during national public holidays (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Christmas), periods of high transaction volume, or when additional verification is required.
5.5 Third-Party Transfers. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in the immediate reversal of funds and may trigger a full account review. agen66 bears no liability for funds lost due to incorrectly entered bank account details provided by the Player.
5.6 Taxes. agen66 does not deduct taxes from Player winnings or withdrawals at source. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
6.1 agen66 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and BRI Liga 1 matchday specials. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum 30× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining after this period will be forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. agen66 actively monitors bonus activity to detect abuse patterns including, but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinated group bonus exploitation. Where such patterns are detected, agen66 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close the associated Accounts.
6.6 Promotional Changes. agen66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform's promotions page and, where applicable, by email notification to affected Players.
7.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on agen66 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. agen66 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and other global sporting events. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout to be made. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with standard Asian betting rules published on the Platform.
7.2 Live Betting. In-play odds change dynamically throughout an event. Once a live bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be amended or cancelled. agen66 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, including during significant game events, technical issues, or at the request of a sports governing body.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required time of play; incorrect odds are published due to a manifest error; the relevant market is suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a system error. Void bets will be refunded to the Player's Account balance at the original stake amount.
7.4 Manifest Errors. agen66 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were set significantly below market rate due to a pricing or data feed error. In such cases, affected bets will be settled at the corrected odds or refunded at the original stake, at agen66's sole discretion.
7.5 Casino & Live Casino. Slot games from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft use certified RNG systems. Live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming are subject to the rules of the respective game as explained by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's final recorded state.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Violations of this section will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all Funds and Bonuses, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. agen66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, or feature on the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agen66 shall not be liable for:

12.1 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (less any pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed.
12.2 By agen66. agen66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void any associated Funds, Bonuses, and pending withdrawals, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:
12.3 Where an Account is closed by agen66 for a breach of these Terms, any Funds directly associated with the breach may be permanently forfeited. Any remaining clean balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method at agen66's discretion.
13.1 agen66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, agen66 will provide advance notice via email to registered Players at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. agen66 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a Terms update notification.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under agen66's international operating license.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact agen66 support in the first instance. The support team will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex complaints may require up to 28 calendar days for full investigation and resolution.
14.3 Formal Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against agen66.
14.5 Indonesia Market Context. Players accessing agen66 from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions under Indonesian law. By using the Platform, you represent that you are doing so in full awareness of your local legal environment and accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
